Sarah Duncan-Shultz, 55, of Delavan, Wisconsin, died June 1, 2008, after a short illness.

She was the widow of A. Phillip Shultz; daughter of Kent and Deuel Duncan and sister of Cole R. Duncan.

Memorial services for Sarah Duncan-Shultz will be held at Saints Faith Hope and Charity Church, 191 Linden Avenue, Winnetka, Illinois, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.  Remembrances would be welcome at the Cradle Foundation, 2049 Ridge Ave.,Evanston, IL 60201.
