Geoffrey Eugene Tam, 58, of Wilmette, Ill., died June 24, 2009, in Wilmette.

Born Feb. 1, 1951, in Lafayette, he was the son of Galen and Mary Anderson Tam.

Surviving are his mother, Mary Tam; three sisters, Charmaine Tam of Encinita, Calif.; Christie Tam of Pacific Grove, Calif., and Ginger Tam of Wilmette; two brothers, Rev. Tim Tam of Amarillo, Texas, and Monty Tam of Santa Isabel, Calif.
