For twenty years I was CEO of Playboy Enterprises, making me the longest serving female CEO of a NYSE company. We transformed the company from a domestic magazine company to a global brand driven multi media company, being the first national magazine to go on line and building a billion dollar licensing business. When I left over 40% of my executives were women and I was voted to the Fortune's Most Powerful 100 Women in the World for 3 years. Since then I have had a portfolio of companies I work with to help them grow as well as serving on the board of the leading progressive public policy think tank based in Washington D.C., The Center for American Progress.
