Bio:

After high school I attended Northwestern University and received by BA in Psychology and my MA in Counseling Psychology. I moved to San Francisco in 1976 and started to work in the field of child abuse prevention and adoption. After six years and having client's whose attorneys did not meet with them, I decided to attend law school. I began my law career as a Deputy City Attorney in San Francisco, took time off to raise our three children and joined the San Mateo County Private Defender Panel in 2013. Currently I represent parents and children in juvenile dependency cases, and represent adults and children in Conservatorship and Guardianship cases. I am grateful to still enjoy my job.
Favorite School Memories:

I fondly remember Mr. Wheatley's morning Psychology class. We sat on the floor and he brought us coffee and donuts, we discussed psychological issues, he listened respectfully to our opinions and provided wise guidance.
